New & Easy Belly Dance

I started my 1st choreography lesson for Grace yesterday. Learning simple step at the beginner-level should be easy, but a choreography is the point where everything comes together—movement, timing, rhythms—so it can get hairy at times, especially for kid beginners. It’s cool! She really has a natural gift of learning choreography. I don’t have to water my choreography down. I didn’t put much demands or expect her to learn as quickly as others, I gave one or two simple combinations to match her level of dance experience and she can do it.

So Grace will practice. And she will rock the solo. And now I must go rock the office...
